Directions

Intuition Wellness Center is located in the Courtyard Offices complex on the northwest corner of N. Oracle Rd. and Roller Coaster Rd. The buildings numbered 5671, 5675 and 5669 are visible from N. Oracle Rd. The office occupies the first floor of the north building. The main entrance is located near the elevator.

In the event of a behavioral health emergency, please call the Behavioral Crisis Center 24/7 at 1-866-495-6735, 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room or Urgent Care.
